This module is broken down into six units aimed at students in mid to upper primary. It introduces issues of privacy and security and describes information that should never be shared online. It explores the idea of being part of an online community and what is acceptable behaviour and how to seek help if needed, especially in relation to cyberbullying. It presents skills around the use of web browsers as well as basic digital and information literacies, and the knowledge that not all that you see and read on the web is true, or kind. It also introduces the idea of balance between our online and offline worlds.
